Notes on Shipping & Delivery

Dispatch of purchased items shall be made via EMS, airmail or surface mail service of the Macao Post.
1. Coverage: Destinations covered by EMS, airmail and surface mail service of Macao Post.
2. Time taken for delivery by surface mail:
 Around 2-3 months
3. Time taken for delivery by airmail:
 Around 1-2 months
4. Time taken for delivery by EMS:
Delivery time frame will vary according to the destination of delivery. The following is for your reference:

* Please be noted that it may take longer time for delivery to certain remote regions.
5. Mail tracking of EMS (Express Mail Service)
The delivery status of the purchased items handled by EMS commissioned by the IAM can be enquired through the EMS web page of Macao Post Office’s official website. Upon placing a purchased item for delivery, a code number is assigned to this item, which is shown under the “Sent” column of “My Order”. Simply enter the item number in the respective field of the “Track-and-Trace” webpage to track the delivery status of the item.
6. Processing of Orders
It usually takes 3-5 working days to process a purchase order, dated from the day on which the order is placed. Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays are not counted as working days.
7. Self-Pickup of Goods
a. Only available within Macao Special Administrative Region.
b. Upon completion of the online transaction, customers from Macao can choose from the following locations to collect their purchased item(s) in person:
Integrated Services Centre, Central District Public Services Centre, Northern District Public Services Centre , Islands District Public Services Centre and Islands District Public Services Centre – Seac Pai Van Station.
c. If the customer fails to collect the purchased item at the chosen location within one month after the collection period, the IAM shall cancel the respective purchase order. The related item shall be recalled and the payment for its purchase shall not be refunded to the concerned customer.
